The Associate of Arts (AA) in Organizational Dynamics degree program with an emphasis in Christian Entrepreneurship at ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã provides students with a well-rounded liberal arts education with an emphasis on how to navigate rapidly changing organizational environments. 

Through its 100% online coursework, the program helps students develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed as a professional in an organization or prepare to launch their own business.

WPU also gives students the option to earn a two-course Certificate of Mastery in Christian Entrepreneurship Training separate from the associate degree. Both the associate degree in entrepreneurship program and the entrepreneurship certificate program are offered in collaboration with Joseph Business School (JBS), a world-class institution that equips entrepreneurs to thrive using practical and biblical principles.

Associate of Arts in Organizational Dynamics, Christian Entrepreneurship: Degree Curriculum 

The Associate of Arts in Organizational Dynamics, Christian Entrepreneurship, program curriculum is designed to help students develop professional skills in areas that include communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. 

The Christian Entrepreneurship emphasis curriculum includes two courses focused on building a small business from the ground up. It explores key concepts, such as strategic planning, leadership, feasibility, marketing, e-commerce, human resources, and financial literacy, from a Christian perspective.

The Christian entrepreneurship associate degree program curriculum includes 24 required major course credits, 18 of which must be completed at WPU, and six emphasis credits (taught in collaboration with Joseph Business School). Students earning the associate degree must complete 60 total semester credits, 30 of which must be completed at WPU, including major core course credits, emphasis course credits, WPU core course credits, transfer course credits, and elective course credits.

All courses are three credits and five weeks in length, unless otherwise noted.

Prerequisite: Students must complete at least 18 credits of AA in Organizational Dynamics major and/or core coursework in residence at WPU.

The Christian Entrepreneurship courses are taught in collaboration with Joseph Business School, a world-class institution that equips entrepreneurs using practical and biblical principles to create resources that can transform desolate places into flourishing communities for the glory of God.

Students will meet the three remaining Associate of Arts core requirements through coursework that they take for the major: PSY 100A/201A (Urban Life), BUS 223A (Information Technology), and COMM 218A (Critical Thinking).

Certificate of Mastery in Christian Entrepreneurship Training Curriculum

Offered in collaboration with Joseph Business School, the Certificate of Mastery in Christian Entrepreneurship Training program enables WPU students to access valuable additional education and to earn a certificate acknowledging their learning in business creation and leadership rooted in Christian principles. The entrepreneurship certificate program consists of two courses for a total of six credits.

With its rolling monthly enrollment model, WPU allows students to start earning their degree on their own timeline. The 100% online coursework for the AA in Organizational Dynamics major is delivered in an asynchronous format, with one accelerated course every five weeks. The two 10-week Christian Entrepreneurship emphasis courses are offered 100% online with weekly synchronous Zoom classes.

• A completed application for admission

• Official transcripts from all schools attended (high school transcripts are not required for students who have earned 12 or more credits since graduation)

• A minimum 2.0 transfer GPA

Applicants who do not meet the minimum academic standards are still encouraged to apply, and may be required to submit additional materials for review by the Admissions Review Committee. Some applicants may be asked to submit writing samples or personal references, or to participate in an Admissions interview.
